Twitter Yanks Tweet From Nancy Pelosi’s Daughter Glorifying Violence Against Sen. Rand Paul

Twitter confirmed the social media company locked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s daughter out of her account for a brief time on account of a tweet she posted about Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) that the company said amounted to an endorsement of violence.
“The account owner was temporarily locked out for violating the Twitter rules against glorification of violence,” a Twitter spokesperson said on Tuesday.
Christine Pelosi tweeted Sunday that the animal who attacked the Kentucky senator in 2018 was “right” for doing so.
It looks like the sour apple doesn’t call far from that tree.
Pelosi was reacting to news that Paul had been in contact (not physically) with members of Congress after being tested for the coronavirus, however, before he acquired his test results. In the end, he tested positive.
The Democrats are desperate for attention. They are starting to realize that they’ve lost the narrative, and that their old ways of doing things are no longer working. Christine’s mother recently leveraged a pandemic raging across the United States for radical left-wing goodies her party has sought for a quarter century. My God, does it get any worse than that?
Pelosi’s tweet was taken down when her account was suspended.
Twitter rules state, “You can’t glorify, celebrate, praise or condone violent crimes, violent events where people were targeted because of their membership in a protected group, or the perpetrators of such acts.”

And responses were forthcoming:
Good. Pelosi’s daughter’s tweet about Senator Rand Paul was vile. That acorn didn’t fall far from the tree.

Of course they did but too, late.

But did they do it because it actually violated the rules, or did they do it because they are covering for her?
Also, has she been put in Twitter jail? I was for a VASTLY more innocuous comment.— Shane Clark (@A_ShaneClark) March 24, 2020
The social media giant said that this includes, “violent acts committed by civilians that resulted in death or serious physical injury.”
According to prosecutors who tried the case, Rene Boucher, Paul’s Bowling Green neighbor, was charged with assaulting a member of Congress after tackling Paul to the ground while he was mowing his lawn. The GOP senator suffered six broken ribs and a bruised lung thanks to the assault.
Paul has come under scrutiny for the way he dealt with his now-confirmed coronavirus case.
“The current guidelines would not have called for me to get tested nor quarantined,” Paul said in a statement Monday. “It was my extra precaution, out of concern for my damaged lung, that led me to get tested.”
As of Tuesday afternoon, Pelosi’s account seems to be active, retweeting California Attorney General Xavier Becerra and criticizing President Trump. I guess Twitter didn’t think violating rules about violence is all that serious when it’s a Democrat advocating violence against a Republican senator. Such is the world we live.
Keep in mind that Trump has CANCELLED the White House Easter Egg Roll which is always the Monday after Easter. If he puts it back on, we will know he is serious about his deadline. https://t.co/NIiLbC4ygp
