I’ve mentioned my friend in Pennsylvania before. He and his father went to the Trump rally in Bucks County yesterday, they had a blast. I’m sure you have seen the already iconic photo of one of Trump’s rallies in Pennsylvania. Some people remarked that it looked like ‘Woodstock for adults’ or a ‘rock concert.’
Compare this with Biden’s rallies and you get a starkly different picture than the one the polls are painting. If I do not mention that fact that Biden says he is limiting his rallies because of the virus, and that the crowds are not due lack of enthusiasm, but ‘safety measures’ the ‘fact checkers’ will get me. When considering this, think about how many Trump lawn signs you have seen … and how many Biden signs you have seen … I’m sure the differential is due to heath risks too 😉
Now the the election is only a few days away, the Democrats are getting nervous, apparently very nervous for states they were told they were up big in … like MI, and FL, IA and Arizona, and especially Pennsylvania…
Breitbart reported: ‘Democrats are anxious about Pennsylvania and a “potential late shift” towards President Donald Trump that could threaten their narrow lead, according to the Washington Post on Sunday.
The concern was embodied in what the Post called a “last-minute, two-day blitz” for Biden in the state, as Trump held four rallies in Pennsylvania on Saturday. The paper reported:
Most Democrats still believe Biden will capture Pennsylvania, and he maintains a modest polling lead there, but their confidence has eroded in recent weeks with emerging signs of a tightening contest in the state, according to elected officials, strategists and party activists. Both sides believe the outcome in Pennsylvania will be crucial in determining who wins the White House.
Democrats are worried for a variety of reasons, the paper reported. They are worried about problems with mail-in balloting, which Democrats heavily encouraged in recent weeks. They are worried about a “voter surge” in so-called “White, rural areas” favorable to Trump and signs of a lower-than-anticipated turnout among the Democratic base.
They are also reportedly nervous about alleged GOP efforts to place limits on voting. They “cringe” at the recent looting and violence in Philadelphia, which they worry will make Biden look weak on crime and hostile to police.
They also reportedly have “lingering concerns” about Biden’s comments on oil and gas. At the final presidential debate, Biden declared he would end the oil industry. When Trump asked Biden at the debate if he would “close down the oil industry,” Biden responded, “I would transition from the oil industry, yes.”
A Democrat strategist, Neil Oxman, told the newspaper he is worried Trump’s base “will come out just a little bit stronger than our base.”
Pennsylvania’s Lt. Gov. John Fetterman (D) also told the paper, “The president has a very strong, sturdy base here, and what he’s doing is juicing turnout in those small counties.”
Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) said his biggest worry is about ballot issues. Democrats are worried about disqualified ballots if voters do not return them correctly. Democrats had been pushing vote by mail due to the pandemic, but now, Democrats are encouraging voters to drop them off in person.”
Yet again, the Democrat politicians tell their constituents, and the nation, just how dumb they think they are. They think you are too dumb to figure out how to get an ID to vote. They think you are to dumb to fill out a ballot properly, they think you are to dumb to mail the ballot in … honestly, it’s embarrassing.
This is a great illustration of the fundamental difference between the left and the right. The left wants the state to be your net nurse, the right wants to keep government and anyone seeking to infringe on your God-given rights, out of your way. America used to be about self-reliance and strong, local communities. Over the years certain changes to the law (like the direct election of Senators) turned the federal government into an all-powerful, all corrupt, global government MIC, tyranny.
Our only chance to avoid the traps that Germany, Russia and others have fallen into over the years, is by rejecting leftism and the idea that ‘the collective’ is all that matters. Your life matters, you have value, anyone who tells you otherwise is no only wrong, their ideas will usher in tyranny if left un countered with arguments about individual liberty.
