This should come as no surprise considering the United States government has used the black community as doormats for decades. As a group black Americans vote overwhelmingly for Democrats, in recent history at least. I can not think of another group, ethnic, religious or otherwise, that has voted with more unity for a party than blacks in America have for Democrats.
I would go as far as to ironically and sadly say that the only group that has rivaled their support for Democrats in American history were white slave owners. Harsh … but likely true (this is a guess ‘fact-checkers’, I don’t know if it’s true, but I would bet you lunch it is.) Before we talk about the ‘war on poverty’ think about the fact that everything the US declares war on seems to prosper.
We had a war on drugs … there are drugs everywhere. We had a war on terrorism … enter ISIS … how about we have a war on success, maybe something good will actually happen. I guess I shouldn’t joke about such things, after all a ‘war on success’ would be a good name for the Democrats’ platform these days …
[Opinion] Wow, something is rocking the far left masterminds’ world.
During the civil rights movement, President Lyndon B. Johnson pushed for legislation in what he called our nations’ declaring of a War On Poverty.’
‘The War on Poverty is the unofficial name for legislation first introduced by United States President Lyndon B. Johnson during his State of the Union address on January 8, 1964. This legislation was proposed by Johnson in response to a national poverty rate of around nineteen percent. The speech led the United States Congress to pass the Economic Opportunity Act, which established the Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) to administer the local application of federal funds targeted against poverty. The forty programs established by the Act were collectively aimed at eliminating poverty by improving living conditions for residents of low-income neighborhoods and by helping the poor access economic opportunities long denied them.’
After 50 years of absolute Democrat corruption and destruction, the black community is looking for a change.
The black community has re-elected the same failing politicians, who promised to get their communities their share of the 16 trillion dollars which has been allocated to help fight poverty.
The problem is the funds were misused, enriching the politicians’ pockets, and never made it down to the local levels. Instead, government programs were funded sending welfare payments and food stamps to those struggling generationally.
n addition, un-wed mothers qualified for enough government assistance to no longer need the father for financial support, further eroding the nuclear family units, without fathers in their children’s lives.
Well, unlike previous GOP presidential candidates, candidate Donald J Trump asked the black community for their support; “What do you have to lose voting for me?”
President Trump doubled the black vote up to 8 percent in 2016.
What is causing earthquakes in 2020, is President Trump’s ability to get several legislative policies passed which significantly increases the quality of life for minority communities.
With Trump’s actual request for their votes, politicians like Joe Biden get caught off guard at the idea of the black community choosing Trump over himself.
Here’s Joe “You Ain’t Black” Biden.
Polls have been showing a rapid increase in black support for President Trump this election cycle. It appears to have exploded following President Trump calling out Joe last night for his outrageous comments in the ’90s identifying criminals in urban areas as “predator” young black males.
On Friday Rasmussen Report’s numbers on black voters and Trump was up to 46%!
This is devastating news for Democrats who need at least 80% of the black vote to remain relevant.
It is important to keep in mind that this is just one poll and Trump was just coming off a huge win, and Biden a terrible week of leaks from his drug addict and apparent arch criminal son’s laptop. These numbers will ebb and flow as we approach Election Day, as will the truth of these numbers. I think most of us will agree on one thing, Donald Trump had a MUCH better week than Joe Biden did.
